With effect from 1st January 2026, CinnamonAura will update the Returns, Refunds, and Exchange

Policy. Please read this Policy carefully before making any purchase, return, exchange, or refund request through our website or direct orders.

 

General Return & Exchange Policy

  • We accept exchange or return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Original invoice or order confirmation must be presented for any exchange or return.
  • The original product must be returned.
  • Returned or exchanged product(s) must be in new and original condition.
  • Product packaging must be intact with original labels and tags.
  • Product(s) sold at discounted price or special offer are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • CinnamonAura reserves the right to reject any exchange or return that does not meet the above conditions.
  • CinnamonAura reserves the right to update or change this policy at any time without prior notice.

 

Returns & Refunds Policy for Online Purchases

This policy applies to all orders placed through our official website: https://cinnamonaura.com

Product(s) in new and original condition may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Requirements for return:

  • Original invoice or order confirmation
  • Product in original packaging
  • Product labels and tags intact
  • Clear proof of damage or issue (photos may be required)

Returned product(s) must be sent to our warehouse address provided after approval.

Orders placed from any source other than the official CinnamonAura website are not eligible for return or refund.

Any coupon, discount, wholesale price, or promotional code used for the order will not be refunded.

Shipping charges paid for delivery are not refundable.

Refund will be issued using the original payment method used during purchase.

After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund process may take 7–14 working days depending on the payment provider.

 

Bulk / Wholesale / Export Orders


Bulk, wholesale, and export orders are carefully inspected before shipment.

Returns or refunds are not accepted for bulk or export orders unless:

  • Product damage occurred during shipping
  • Wrong product was sent
  • Proven quality defect

 

All bulk order issues must be reported within 3 days after delivery.
